STANDARD PAT (Black & White PAT)

When samples are submitted ALL AT ONCE

Standard PAT and Color PAT cannot be combined.

BULK STANDARD PAT

20 tests	$4,000.00
Samples may be submitted singly or in groups. Bulk Standard PATs will be billed 50% at beginning of testing and 50% after one year. Bulk Standard PAT and pH testing can be combined. Bulk Standard PAT and Bulk Color PAT cannot be combined.

COLOR PAT (Dye Coupler Reactivity Test)

When samples are submitted ALL AT ONCE
First two tests inclusive (minimum job)	$750.00
Each additional test	$200.00
Standard PAT and Color PAT cannot be combined.

BULK COLOR PAT

20 tests	$4,000.00
Bulk Color PAT must be a separate contract (cannot be combined with B&W or pH).

PREVIOUS RESULTS RESEARCH FEE
